When are dues collected?
💰 POA Dues Collection
LMPOA Dues are collected annually in August. The current collection method is handled directly by the LMPOA Treasurer. Formal payment notices are mailed to all registered property owners prior to the due date.
How do I create an account on the LMPOA website?
A: Click the “Login” button in the top right corner of the homepage. Scroll down to the “Register as a Visitor” button and click on it You’ll initially be registered as a “Visitor” with basic access. Property owners will be upgraded to full member access after verification.
I registered but can’t access member documents. Why?
A: New registrations start at the “Visitor” level. Once your property ownership is verified by the site administrator, your account will be upgraded to “Property Owner” level, giving you full access to documents, forums, and member resources.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
A: Click the “Login” button, then select “Forgot Password?” Enter your email address, and you’ll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
Can I access the website in Spanish?
A: Yes! Click the language toggle button in the top right corner to switch between English and Spanish. Your preference will be remembered for future visits.
Where can I find association bylaws and CC&Rs?
A: Log in to your account, then navigate to the “Documents” section from the main menu. Bylaws, CC&Rs, and community guidelines are located in the “Community Resources” folder.
